1. Blown Film Extrusion Process

The Blown Film Extrusion Process is the foundational stage for producing high-quality plastic bags, where raw materials are converted into uniform plastic film rolls. We select high-purity polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and other environmentally friendly raw materials, which are first fed into the extruder and melted at a precisely controlled temperature. The molten plastic is then extruded through an annular die to form a tubular film bubble. With the assistance of a high-pressure blower, the film bubble is inflated to the required width and thickness, and then cooled and solidified into a flat film by a cooling ring. Finally, the film is drawn, trimmed, and rolled into large rolls of base film that meet the specifications for subsequent processes. Our blown film equipment features high automation and precise thickness control, ensuring that the produced film has excellent toughness, transparency, and uniformity, laying a solid foundation for the production of various products such as courier bags and OPP bags.

2. Printing Process

The Printing Process can be customized to meet customers’ branding and information display needs, printing clear and durable patterns, logos, or text on plastic films. We adopt advanced gravure printing technology, which is characterized by higher printing precision, excellent color reproduction, thick and uniform ink layers, and fast speed. It also supports up to 10-color printing, making it suitable for mass production with diverse color requirements and fine pattern demands. Before printing, our professional team designs and produces printing plates according to customer requirements, and strictly adjusts ink viscosity and printing pressure to ensure that the printed patterns are clear, consistent, and detailed. We use environmentally friendly and non-toxic inks that meet international safety standards, ensuring that the printed content does not fade easily and is safe for contact with food (applicable to food-grade convenience bags). This process is widely used in the production of branded convenience bags, advertising flat bags, and courier bags with logistics information, especially suitable for products with high requirements for printing texture.

3. Bag Making Process

The Bag Making Process converts printed or unprinted base films into finished bags of various specifications and types. According to different product requirements (convenience bags, flat bags, courier bags, OPP bags), we use specialized bag making machines to complete processes such as folding, heat sealing, and cutting. For example, when producing convenience bags, the machine automatically completes film folding, bottom sealing, side sealing, and hand hole punching; when producing courier bags, it performs multi-layer composite edge sealing and adds tear strips to ensure the confidentiality and durability of the bags; when producing flat bags and OPP bags, it achieves precise cutting and neat sealing edges. Throughout the process, we conduct real-time inspections on the size, sealing strength, and appearance of the bags to ensure that each finished product meets quality standards and can meet the diverse needs of customers in retail, logistics, and other industries.
